I having been trying for months to make the perfect little loaf lemon drizzle cakes. With your liners they are cooked to perfection and slide so easily out of the mould without leaving any of the cake behind. They also store very easily in the freezer because of their shape. Thank you Lakeland I am so pleased.
I have found that these wonderful mini-loaf tin liners work equally well on their own. I use them for Banana Bread and Carrot Cake etc. and they hold their shape within the liner, standing on a baking sheet.

I have started making ice cream and fruit sorbets and these are perfect for freezing individual portions. They hold their shape and then can be turned out, the frozen goods packed into plastic boxes and the liners reused. Also work with apple sauce and stock. Brilliant. May even make some mini loaves soon.
Used these for the first time today to make mini yogurt cakes. Fantastic, just one question for Lakeland do you make the mini round tin liners?

Like most silicone bakeware they work best if placed in or on a solid tin. I have already used these in the mini loaf tin as liners and stood others on a tray to bake mini loaves. With these, I have produced the best mini loaves ever, they were easy to turn out and I could wash them in the dishwasher on a low/eco glassware setting. The stand alone on a tray ones produced just as good results. Buying these in a sale meant they were excellent value for money and can be reused many times.
