Has some amazing recipe ideas and not just the solid English cooking ideas. They really do offer some good alternatives. For this price, it was a complete bargain.

This little book is extremely useful and informative for all types of pressure cooking. I had been looking for recipes for my electric pressure cooker unsuccessfully until I came across this book. Having bought an electric pressure cooker and feeling a little daunted at adapting other recipes, this was a god send. It has some lovely recipes in it and mentions any adaptions needed for an electric pressure cooker, giving me more confidence to try them. The price is really good too as I'd looked at some that were nearly 4 times the price and didn't find them suitable. Well worth having a look at.
Having bought Lakeland crockpot I needed some new ideas. This is a great little book, not too fussy, easy to follow and great recipes.
