Add a teaspoon of this delectable nectar to flutes of fizz or cocktails and enjoy a divine sensation – when bitten into they explode, filling your mouth with flavour. A little something different and a superb ice breaker at parties, these toffee apple orbs of joy also add a wonderfully luxurious flourish to cheesecakes and pastries.

Ingredients : Sugar, water, favour, acidifier: citric acid, thickening agents: sodium carboxymethylcellulose (466), gelling agents: sodium alginate, calcium chloride, preservative: sorbic acid (E202), colouring agent: poncau 4R (E124).
Once opened refrigerate and use within 5 days.

I ordered two jars to use at a dinner party. I was disppointed with the contents as there was more syrup than orbs so wan't go as far as I thought they would.

I bought these as a birthday treat in December. Similarly to other reviewers have found the product disappointing, this is for two reasons - firstly the flavour of the 'caviar' even when tried on their own is very mild (when tried with prosecco the flavour is entirely lost) and secondly the appearance is different to the catalogue picture - very few of the beads actually floated (perhaps this accounted for the lack of flavour(?) as most of the beads remained at the bottom of the glass) and the colour was not the pink it appears in the photo (even accounting for the shape of the glass)...

I hoped these little balls would be a talking point but if I hadn't pointed out in the glasses of champagne I doubt anyone would have noticed. Disappointing :( wouldn't buy again.

Very disappointed in these, it sank to the bottom of the champagne bowl, and didn't actually taste anything other than sweet. Glad we had ordered the hibiscus flowers too, at least they are worth seeing in a glass of fizz, and taste lovely at the end. I doubt they'll be in next Christmas's catalogue. I'm only giving a star in the rating for the attractive packaging!!

I bought 2 jars of these for our Christmas lunch. Very disappointment with the effect.Did not taste amazing and also did not go very far either. Will not buy these again.
