"used a few months and I love it"

star star star star star

A considered purchase, expensive for a sieve but what a sieve, I have used it many times for sifting flour and also straining seeds out of berries. I never knew I needed one until I had one. It was the nearest I could find to the sieve that I used at school, 60 years ago. It took me that long to find a similar one, now I know it is called a chinois

"Disappointed!"

This item is very heavy. Not good for arthritic hands. It is quite deep which means a deep bowl is required.it does work well though.
