What a wonderful little piece of equipment. Even with my shaky hands, I make such wonderful attractive canapés. I have just made some with ordinary sliced bread, crusts cut off, and cut to approximate size. I am eating cream cheese, spring onions and smoked salmon. The next layer is made with avocado, followed with a layer of cream cheese, prawns and olives. I have cut the pieces in half, and attached a cocktail stick to each piece. Luxury nibbles at such a low price. Love it.
