Robert Welch Flexible Fish Filleting Boning Knife 16cm Blade

A much appreciated gift for a couple who eat a lot of fish but did not have a filleting knife

I bought this knife for my partner as he is a very keen cook. He really likes it. Good quality and very easy to use. Just right for the job.

I’ve never found skinning fish fillets as easy as with this knife. The lightest of touches removes the skin without taking bits of the flesh with it. I also have used it to trim a pork fillet of its fat! Outstanding and well worth the price.

My wife was very pleased, and has dealt with a variety of fish with it.

As ever, quality product. Ultra sharp blade edge makes easy work in the kitchen. Recommended and would definitely recommend as with all RW knives.
