With everything you need to make delicious homemade hard cheeses in your own kitchen, the Mad Millie Hard Cheese Making Kit is easy-to-use and ideal for novice cheese makers, requiring no experience.
Catering for your every taste you can make cracking Cheddar, Caerphilly, Cheshire, Wensleydale, Leicester and more, with the addition of only cold milk and a little bit of patience. Once made, each cheese takes between 4-16 weeks to reach maturity but the delicious taste and the satisfaction of having made it yourself more than makes up for the wait! And to make sure there is enough to keep you well stocked, the kit makes up to 5kg (11lb).

I have just made my first cheddar, now ready for ageing. The kit had everything you need to make the cheese, apart from normal kitchen utensils. The process was really easy, the recipes simple and some really useful tips.
