This cheese kit has everything you need to get started making your own soft Italian cheese at home. The only thing you’ll need to add is cold milk, and everything else is included to make up to 6kg (13lb) of cheese. "Disappointed with kit ..but results ok."

I recently brought the Italian Cheese making kit and was excited to be trying something new. I was immediately disappointed when I opened the box and found the pipette was missing but couldnt face the 50 mile round trip to return it. I found the instruction booklet wasnt as user friendly as I would have liked and felt this wasnt really designed as a beginners kit, if I hadn't also brought the lakeland soft cheese book to give extra guidance I would have consigned the kit to the back of the cupboard! I made cheese and it was lovely but I wish I'd just brought the book and equipment separately.
