With curved front and sides, it’s better than a ladle for getting every last bit out of the pan, and its large capacity means you can fill a 500ml jar with just two scoops.
With a hook to rest it on the side of your pan. Heat-resistant to approx. 200°C.

This is a big help when making jam and pickles. The little clip to fasten the spoon to the edge of the pan is very useful. I find I can fill all sizes of bottle easily and safely.

Excellent product. Beautiful design and quality materials make this a little gem when preserving. I`ve made jams, pickles, preserves of all sorts for over 40 years and wish this had been available years ago. It does away with the need for jugs as he size is just right for pouring and the little hook is really useful to prevent ladle disappearing into large pans.
