There is only one other review on here and if you wanted a flask/mug this isn't the one you want. It is. however ideal for train/car journeys and retains heat OK over 2 hour journey for drinking
I love this mug for taking on the morning commute, it keeps my coffee warm enough for the walk to the station and whilst in the train. There are never any leaks or drips and it is comfortable to drink from. The only disappointment has been the water vapour that has built up between the walls after just a few uses. I can't get rid of it at all, even after placing in the airing cupboard for a couple of days. Any suggestions how this can be cleared?

Unfortunately this product does not live up to expectations. My previous travel mug would keep the beverage hot for hours, this mug you can barely get 30 minutes. The only advantage is that it is leak proof.

The description says "the double-walled construction keeps drinks hot for longer so it’s perfect when you’re on the go." Not true! From the moment you put hot water into it you can feel the heat leaking out: in a warm car it keeps coffee nice and hot for only 30 minutes or so. I had (and lost) a great Lakeland travel mug that would keep coffee hot for 2-3 hours - perfect for long journeys. Not this one. If you want a good quality travel mug that DOES keep drinks hot ... DON'T buy this one.

Bought a couple of days ago as a sealable mug to keep liquids reasonably hot for up to 4/5 hours. Very well made but, as an insulated flask, completely useless. Tested it with boiling water - heat was immediately transferred to the external surface so, clearly, the 'insulation' property was weak. After 2 hours the water in the capped flask was, at best, tepid. So, does not serve any useful purpose and will be returned asap. I have a cheap plastic cappable mug which I use for drinks in the garden - this has a heat retention greatly in excess of this flask. Disappointing. Look elsewhere.
Our buying team have advised that this product is a travel mug which is designed to keep your drink warm for a standard journey as you drink it. It’s not a flask to keep your liquids hot for 4 - 5 hours. We'll be in touch soon to help.
