Smaller than its larger counterpart, the OXO Good Grips Mini Salad and Herb Spinner is ideal for drying rinsed salad leaves and herbs for one or two people. Recently updated by OXO, the Mini Salad Spinner remains a kitchen essential.
With the same patented pump mechanism that makes salad prep so easy, OXO have given the bowl a flat top so it’s easier to store. They have also improved the brake and non-slip base, and as before, once your salad leaves are dry the crystal-clear bases can be used as a salad bowl.

My life is complete with this device! It’s so quick and easy to pop lettuce leaves into basket, rinse easily under the tap, empty water and then the spinning fun begins! Leftover lettuce can be left in spinner and popped in fridge for next day. Love the brake mechanism too. Yes, it’s expensive but I’m using it most days and I’d normally pat lettuce dry in a tea towel which is a pain.
This is a lovely size for small family to spin salad and pop in fridge to keep fresh. Very practical. I had a large spinner that took up fridge room and only fitted one shelf. This fits neatly.
This one was purchased after having used the large version for many years Not sure it will last as long but it is a convenient size
It's described as 'mini' but I find this salad spinner plenty big enough to do lettuce for a serves-two salad. Dismantles easily for thorough cleaning and drying, and takes up less room in the cupboard than my previous spinner. Nice and sturdy - a good buy.
I have an allotment and grow a lot of salads and herbs and this spinner is terrific. I had one already but it had to be used in the sink as it didn't collect water. With this I wash, spin and then freeze herbs to use throughout the year.
