As soon as I saw this tin I HAD to have it. It is made by Wilton and the "recipe" that it comes with is, unfortunately in US Cups, which is fine if you have them but I don't. I converted the recipe and gave it a go, the doughnuts tasted gorgeous and I absolutely loved them. I had a slight issue with a couple of them sticking in the tin but I either didn't grease it enough or I tried to take them out too soon. I definitely would recommend this product. It's great for people who love doughnuts but aren't keen on frying them and they aren't fatty liked the fried ones are
