"Slight tweak to the instruction and results were fab"
Thought this would be extremely useful as my attempts at individual pie making have mostly decorated the bottom of my oven especially sweet varieties.Used it once as per instruction leaflet and results were mixed lost two pies as the pastry just shrivelled as soon as it hit the hot surface,so second attempt was done from cold took about 12 mins as opposed to the 10 mins in the leaflet to produce 8 lovely little apple pies that would have made Mr K proud. Easier to handle the bases lids and filling cold and less likely to burn your hands when placing the pastry into the mould.Cant fault now.
