... for freezer meals for the new parents in our family. These foil dishes fit their smallest of freezers perfectly but contain enough for a hearty meal, they are also stronger and more rigid than others I have bought elsewhere. Vegetable & lentil cottage pie is particularly welcome!
These containers are terrific for freezing meals for four and they fit brilliantly in the freezer.
First time using these trays. I made lasagne in them & was able to get 3 sheets of lasagne in each layer (2 full and 1 I had to break up). I got 3 layers of lasagne sheets, 2 layers of bolognese sauce & white sauce, also grated cheese on top. When putting tray in oven I put it on a baking tray in case of spillage but there wasn't any. Easy to write contents and date made on lid. I think these trays are excellent & will definitely continue to use them. I would like to thank Jackie from customer services for her help. As always, the customer service from Lakeland is outstanding.
These disposable dishes are great not only to cook with but also for storing left overs in and also for transporting food without leaks
Excellent quality casserole dishes. Perfect for batch cooking & freezing. Large enough to feed a family. I use mine straight from the freezer into the oven for shepherds pie, cannelloni etc.
