"Great product"

star star star star star

I can't praise this enough. I make trays of tiny quiche and pastry cases whenever we have family round and this item makes the job so simple. I also use it in larger pastry cases to ease the pastry into the tins. Thoroughly recommend it if you enjoy pastry work.

"Great gadget"

Thank you Lakeland for this great gadget. for years I've struggled to push my mince pies pastry evenly in the forms by hand, but since I've been using this pusher it has been distributed evenly and without any air being locked underneath. There are also two other reasons I would recommend this product for. One-by using this pusher the pastry doesn't warm up as when using your fingers, and two-it's so much quicker to push it in the forms, which keeps the pastry cold which means NO soggy bottoms!

"I can't get this to work!"

Can someone help?? I've used a mini one of these for years, hundreds of times and loved it, so was pleased to see a bigger version. However, even when my pastry is really soft and manageable, I find it impossible to press down enough to get an even shape, and end up with a thick lump in the bottom and maybe some pastry up one side of the tin.

support_agent A note from the team

Thanks for placing your review. We're sorry you're having difficulties with the pusher. We'd recommend cutting out the circular shape of pastry then laying this over the top of the well part of the tin then using the correct size of the pusher gently push down to the base to create the right shape.
