Have used this many times & have never had problem rolling out my fondant. My only complaint is that it's rather small. There should definitely be another larger size for doing bigger cakes. Lakeland?

Thank you for placing your review. This little rolling pin is designed for smaller quantities of icing for smaller pieces of work. I've passed your suggestion on for a larger size - in the meantime we stock a Beechwood rolling pin which is 38cm long, reference 7134. Thanks again.

I have never had to complain to Lakeland before and I am sorry to have to now. This afternoon I used the rolling pin for the first time and I was very dis appointed.there was only the slightest pattern on my icing,far to faint to be noticed.I had expected a much more distinctive raised trellis.I will never be bothered to use it again.A waste of money,sorry to be negative.I have nothing helpful to suggest except maybe alter the deign.
