I would like to know the angle of the blade for sharpening as this is not given. I will be looking to slowly collect the rest of the range. A note from the team Thank you for placing your review. We'd recommend the best way to sharpen our Damascus knives is using a whetstone at a 15 degree angle or use a sharpening steel. We wouldn’t suggest a generic knife sharpener for these knives.
