The simplest way to achieve stunning results, these Chrysanthemums Silicone Icing Moulds produce incredibly detailed icing flowers with the minimum effort.
To use, just dust the mould with icing sugar and roll out or press your icing in then carefully peel back the mould for perfect shapes with incredibly defined detail, or place in the fridge for a couple of hours and the designs will pop out with ease.
Each flexible, non-stick mould is suitable for icing or chocolate work.

Well done Lakeland! These are of excellent quality and create a great shape with definition. You can also dust with edible lustre powder first which helps to release the sugar paste and makes a lovely sheen on the flower.
Difficult to see that these are not life size...however they do make a realistic and very decorative flower, which pops out easily from the mould
