Small Daisies Silicone Icing Mould

The simplest way to achieve stunning results, dust the mould with icing sugar and roll out or press your icing in then carefully peel back the mould for perfect shapes with incredibly defined detail, or place in the fridge for a couple of hours and the designs will pop out with ease. Each flexible, non-stick mould is suitable for icing or chocolate work.

This Daisy silicone icing mould is the best cake decoration flower mould I have ever used. I love it! The daisies come out perfectly every time and I never dust or grease the mould. After they have dried paint or dust the centre of the flower yellow and apply a small amount of pink dust to the edge of the petals and you have a perfect daisy.
I only managed to get one successful flower after a ridiculous number of attempts. I did as suggested and dusted the mould with icing sugar but each time the flower refused to be removed from the mould. When I pulled the mould in different directions to release it just tore the flower. Very disappointing as they were meant to be a focal part of the birthday cake.
