I like the sharpness and slightly upswept blade of this little paring knife. The handle is also very comfortable. The sheath is much appreciated as this knife is in constant use (together with my Kuhn Rikon tomato knife). However, the blade guard is not as good as that one.
This little knife is such good value. It's as sharp as you'd want any knife to be and is a good length and balance of blade and handle. If you're bad at keeping knives sharp, as I am, it's also a very good price for a replacement when the time comes!
