"Disappointing product"

I bought this timer because I needed one that can time for longer than 99 mins but after a few uses the control knob become disconnected from the mechanism, rendering it unuseable, I rang Lakeland who sent a replacement (thank you) however exactly the same thing has happened again Zyliss I think you have a design problem
