I have been looking for the ideal spatula for baking for some time. This one is perfect. It has enough stiffness to scrape the bowl well and the angled head means that it is much easier to scrape down in a stand mixer bowl than any other spatula I have tried. I am sorry to see that it is being discontinued.
I have bought 3 of these and while they are hard (making them perfect for my baking) they do not last and after a while of using they crack and the end starts coming off. I am unable to use them now because I wouldn't want plastic falling in my cakes. Gutted because they are perfect other than that!
