I fell upon this item in the York store last week. I have just started baking bread regularly but find the flour 'escapes' from even the best sealed bags! This box safely stores all my different flours (approx 5 full sized bags), yeast and sugar together. Yes it is heavy when full, but put on a sturdy shelf at waist height I find it fine. I can now rest easy that my tasty flour etc. is away from any preditory wild life that may wish to snack on it!
