"Beautiful yet hugely practical/useful"

This has been really thoughtfully put together with gorgeous design ideas. I love all the extra tips that help you avoid classic problems. I also love the tables that detail mixture proportions according to the size of tin you have or size of cake you want to make - a really useful reference. I've seen the author at the Cake and Bake show and she was amazing - and a lovely to everyone.

Jam packed with stunning inspiring designs alongside valuable tips & cheats as well as delicious cake & cookie recipes, icings & buttercreams. The fresh strawberry & raspberry buttercream is divine. There are some gorgeous ideas in this book that can easily be adapted to suit your own abilities. Really impressed!

I met Juliet at the cake and bake show in Manchester. She was so nice! I've used her book lots and and it's really easy to follow with great results. Ive got so many other cake books but this is the one i like best. I hope she writes another one!
