I think this has a strong ginger flavour. Really nice on toast or as a topping for yogurt or ice-cream.

I tried this product today on toast and have to say I do not like it all. Very little taste of ginger and it has a distinct sourness that suggests its not very fresh. The best by date is november this year which is a short time for jams and curds...very very disappointed and a bit angry at the date... A thank you to Lakeland for refunding the cost of the curd and for being so quick to act, thank you very much...
