This product has washers in the lid. If the washers fall out then the bottle leaks. I bought 2 bottles and didn't realise there were washers until one bottle leaked and the other didn't. The dishwasher catches them but you, like me, may not realise what they belong to!
Lovely sturdy bottle, with pretty design but will have to return again. As with previous reviewer, once the washer comes out the bottle is effectively useless as it leaks, so no good for handbag or in car. Obviously a problem with the product (which isn't cheap in comparison!) and will need to return my replacement bottle.
Thanks for placing your review.If you take the washer out for cleaning purposes, it must be replaced correctly to make the bottle watertight. This means pushing the ring washer down into the groove in the lid firmly.Then test to ensure water tightness.We'll be in touch shortly.
Bit of a nightmare really. It says it is dishwasher safe (sort of essential for something you use every day) but all the pattern has washed off and the washer keeps falling out and has even fallen into the bottle which was very difficult to remove. I'm going to need to buy a different one - not a good purchase at all!
