"disappointed"

Purchased this as a gift for my boyfriend, sadly not lived up to our expectations. The chopping board is smaller than I thought, has warped on its second wash and the herbs or chillies get stuck in between the two blades. I have contacted Lakeland customer service who as always are fantastic and they have offered me a refund.
