Typhoon® Carbon Steel Paella Pan

A proper paella pan not only produces the best results but is a real talking point when you take it to the table for serving. Broad, shallow and flat-based for authenticity, this one is made from heavy-gauge carbon steel, for quick cooking and even heat distribution, with stainless steel handles. Simply season before each use to build up a natural non-stick coating. It’s just the thing for making risotto too. Suitable for gas and electric hobs and oven safe to 180°C.
