"Very Disappointed"

I have been buying woks since 2004 and this is the worst one I have ever owned. It is NOT non-stick, it gets too hot even on a low heat and even though you are not meant to clean them with a scourer, I have had to resort to this just to clean it. If I don't then all the food remains. All the food I cook in it sticks to the pan too easy. Otherwise it is a nice size, nice handle and looks good but it is not non-stick and its becoming a problem every time I make a meal with it, which is almost all the time.
