When I ordered this trolley I didn't realise that the glossy referred to the PVC looking shine and brightness of this product. I went out with it yesterday for the 1st time and got several good comments some from strangers!
This is a very attractive modern fun looking trolley but it has not been manufactured to be able to hold heavy shopping despite the description that should be able to hold up to 20kg. I have already had one replaced because all of the thin velcro straps broke away from the material once items were put into the trolley. It just isn't strong enough to be filled up even though it is a pretty shopping accessory so it doesn't live up to expectation, however Lakeland customer service is excellent and replaces faulty items. I hope the 2nd one stays intact. It is also v cumbersome to fold up.
