"Neat design"

Generally I'm happy with my purchase but it is a pity that this trolley comes straight from the supplier therefore it's not possible to see what it looks like in store to compare it with the Rolser. I specifically purchased this for the retractable handle but find it quite difficult to raise and lower it. I have to use both hands for this manoeuvre. The inner cool bag is excellent for frozen and chilled produce. All in all this is a good purchase, it's just a shame about the handle, I'm just hoping that it will get easier with time and use.
