Using your icing as a canvas and food colouring as your paint, the gravity-fed airbrush ensures a constant flow to make for a smooth application of colour, meaning intricate details and broad sweeps are simple, even for a novice. The mini compressor has three pressure settings – low, medium or high – for varying the intensity of the quick-drying colour and the airbrush has a spray pattern that can be adjusted from 1.6 to 30mm so you can do fine detailed work on sugarcraft embellishments or graduate colour on a whole cake.

Create an undersea adventure for a child’s birthday cake or sophisticated shading for an elegant wedding cake. Try using stencils (not included) for lettering and other effects and, as your skill level increases, the only limit is your imagination.
