Vitamix 0.9l Wet Container

Designed for processing smaller quantities of wet ingredients in the Vitamix Aspire Blender, this 0.9 litre container is ideal if you’re just prepping or making soup for a couple of people.
Incredibly hard-wearing, this jug is made from Tritan and comes with super-strong laser-cut stainless steel blades that will chop through whole ingredients, and are ideal for processing smoothies, soups, frozen desserts and other recipes. The spill-proof vented lid has a plug for safely adding ingredients while the machine is running, and a mini tamper to make sure everything is mixed to perfection.
Making your life that little bit easier, this jug is also self-cleaning: just put a bit of warm soapy water into the jug and gradually increase the speed of your mixer to clean even the stickiest remains from your jug. This also means there is no need to take the blades out of your container for added durability, meaning this container will last you for many years to come.

Delighted to find this smaller version of the famous vitamix at Lakeland. It makes brilliant smooth and healthy puree using the whole fruit and vegetables. Expensive but worth every penny, I think.
This is just the right size for making sauces quickly and does exactly what it says it does.
I love my Vitamix but after struggling for a long time with the 64oz jug I decided to take the plunge with the 32oz and I honestly wish I had done so ages ago as it has made such a difference. Joy of joys I can whizz up smoothies, fruit juice, coffee drinks, soups, salad dressings and sauces with quick clean up and no elbows involved-) If you are fence sitting I understand because its quite an expensive add on however you will forget about that the first time you use it.... I hope you get as much pleasure from a new jug as I have just started to-)
My wife bought this to go with my Vitamix Professional Series 300 and although an addition expense I use this more often that the larger jug which came with the machine. It is a useful size when preparing smaller quantities such as sauces and smoothies for 2. On a larger machine, such as the Pro Series 300, the narrower 0.9L container is designed to sit within the tabs on the centering pad rather than outside them.
