We’re always trying to broaden our Munchy horizons here at Lakeland, so the new Munchy Seeds Honey Mix certainly got our taste buds tingling. A mix of sunflower and pumpkin seeds gently roasted in deliciously sweet honey, they’ll taste so good sprinkled on natural yoghurt.

About Munchy Seeds

Beginning in New Zealand over 25 years ago, Munchy Seeds are a delicious snack that can be sprinkled over breakfast or lunch, or even stirred into soups and casseroles for an extra-healthy kick. They’re even great just nibbled on their own.

Toasted until they’re delicious, these packs of super-healthy seeds are naturally rich in protein, fibre, iron and zinc, to help keep you feel great all day long. And, as the seeds are free of gluten, wheat, yeast, they are suitable for vegetarians, while they also contain no artificial colourings, flavours or preservatives, so it’s all completely natural goodness.

And importantly, they have a press-to-seal fastening across the top of the soft, squeezable sachet so it’s easy to expel excess air out of the pack before you seal it, which helps to keep the contents at their tastiest for longer.

In 2020 Munchy Seeds began a huge project to update their packaging to be more eco-friendly, changing from space hungry circular tubs to taller, eye-catching sachets that need 65% less plastic to create, occupy less space when they’re stored before you buy them, and are easier and cheaper to transport – because they’re lighter and you can get more into every lorry.
