Introducing Tefal’s new range of pans which have a unique, patented non-stick titanium coating, making them not only incredibly hard-wearing but also safe for use with metal utensils and effortless to clean. The pans themselves are made from heavy gauge aluminium for excellent heat distribution, and a stainless steel insert in each base makes them induction hob-friendly too. The frying pans have Tefal’s recognisable thermospot technology to let you know when the optimum cooking temperature has been reached, while the glass lids on the saucepans have adjustable steam vents.

Suitable for ALL hobs (incl. induction) and oven safe up to 180°C.

"Not a good product"

I bought the 16 and 18cm versions of this saucepan in April 2016 as it was advertised as being metal utensil friendly. That hasn't been the case. I use a metal potato masher and found that very quickly the non-stick coating at the base of the pans was chipping. Inside the rim of the pan the coating is also chipped. Also the handle of the lid, turns to allow control of the escaping steam. If the control is closed the steam comes out anyway. Seems a bit pointless. Altogether a poor product. Peter Moore. Surrey.
