Perfect for constructing up to four individual uniformly round starters, mains or desserts, these stainless steel cooking rings and pusher sets come in three different sizes so you can easily shape, hold and mould food for a more professional presentation.

Great for creating neatly stacked towers of vegetables, rice or potato, they can also be used for making perfectly formed pâtés, timbales or terrines as well as mousses, cheesecakes or other layered desserts.

"So professional a must if you are in to presentation"

Ive got several of these all different sizes and I can honestly say I use them a couple of times a week when serving meals to the family. If you are into good food presentation then they are brilliant and give a totally professional look to the plate. A meal has to look good and well as taste good. I use them for everything small ones for mini cheesecakes and the large ones for mash potatoe. It takes seconds to use them but wow what a difference.
