I am 83 yrs young, my wife passed away recently, Seeing as I am now on my own I thought I would try my hand at baking. My first session I had flour all over the place, after purchasing the flour sifter it not only made my cakes lighter but saved time cleaning after. My cakes are not perfect but I would recommend the flour sifter to help improve.
It works exactly as described. The perfect addition to the kitchen.
A BIT PRICEY BUT WELL WORTH THE MONEY. WELL MADE AND A GOOD SIZE.
Seems like a cheap item for the price. The handle is thin and not comfortable to hold. The plastic lid doesn't fit properly on the top. Overall, disappointed.

Purchased this flour sifter but had to return as bottom plastic lid wouldn't stay on due to poorly designed product, the lid with hardly any lip at all. Needs to have deeper lip on base lid.
