"Another great product"
I had a recipe that recommended using cookie moulds to make chocolate rice krispie "bird's nests" and then filling them with mini eggs. Well I haven't used my moulds for that recipe yet, but I decided to use them for making dulce de leche brownies yesterday as I didn't want to make a whole tray of brownies. I made the brownies and they simply slid out of the moulds perfectly. My husband said that they looked professional enough to sell (and he is a chef). Superb. I love them. The only negative is that they are a bit tricky to clean, but that is a small price to pay.
