this enables us to use loose tea leaves with no mess. our family like specialist teas which are rarely in teabags.. can also be used with dried herbs in a crock pot stew or soups.. washes in dishwasher.. excellent idea
I had mine for about a year or so and decided to buy more for my family as it is very good and practical. I use mine daily as I do my own herbal/tea mix, I love it.
For people who really, really don't like teabags, but do love travelling: take your loose tea with you & brew up in the hotel cups without compromising the taste you want.
Really useful. I prefer loose tea and lots of it. Metal tea balls did not fit in my cup or let little bits of tea out of the mesh. This is very simple to use, sturdy silicone material, fairly easy to empty (with a bit of squishing!) and cleans well. After some years of my strong tea, it retains a slight smell of it when dry but as I only drink one variety of tea it doesn't matter. If my current one broke I would instantly buy another.

I bought this to use in a casserole and put spices and herbs in it. Works well. How about producing a larger version to take a mix of spices such as cinnamon stick, star anise, cloves, etc. I’d buy one!
