You don’t need to be green-fingered to cultivate authentic foliage-coloured fondant or sponge with this all-natural PME food colouring in the lovely shade of Moss Green.

The ideal colour to turn sugarpaste icing into holly leaves to decorate a batch of festive cookies, or craft edible sprigs and fronds of green to add a fabulous finishing touch to a floral wedding cake. You could even treat nature lovers to their very own leafy paradise with a garden-themed celebration cake embellished with green wellies and plants or create a countryside-themed cake for an outdoor enthusiast depicting their favourite rural scene.

Simply add a little to icing, buttercream or sponge mixture before baking. And, as it’s highly concentrated, it’s easy to vary the intensity of your green by adding just a few drops more or less without significantly diluting your mix.
