From the dusky tones of millennial pink to the brighter shades of flamingo or fuchsia, pink doesn’t seem to be going out of fashion any time soon, so this Pink Natural Food Colouring from PME is bound to come in handy for colouring your cupcakes and cakes, inside and out.

Ideal for pretty party cakes to celebrate a birthday, baby shower or christening, it’s also perfect for colouring sugarpaste flowers, producing fairy or princess-themed bakes or even making your own pastel-pink Fondant Fancies.

Simply add a little to icing, buttercream or sponge mixture before baking. And, as it’s highly concentrated, it’s easy to vary the intensity of your pink by adding just a few drops more or less without significantly diluting your mix.
