PME Pink Concentrated Natural Food Colouring 25g

From the dusky tones of millennial pink to the brighter shades of flamingo or fuchsia, pink doesn’t seem to be going out of fashion any time soon, so this Pink Natural Food Colouring from PME is bound to come in handy for colouring your cupcakes and cakes, inside and out.
Ideal for pretty party cakes to celebrate a birthday, baby shower or christening, it’s also perfect for colouring sugarpaste flowers, producing fairy or princess-themed bakes or even making your own pastel-pink Fondant Fancies.
Simply add a little to icing, buttercream or sponge mixture before baking. And, as it’s highly concentrated, it’s easy to vary the intensity of your pink by adding just a few drops more or less without significantly diluting your mix.

Very pleased with this food colouring. Gave me just the colour I was looking for and without having to use half a bottle like some cheaper products on the market.
This works well but take it easy as it is quite potent. One drop may give a subtle pink, a couple more may make something rather garish. It mixes in very easily which is handy.
I'm not sure if I made a mistake, but I put a million drops to finally achieve a very soft pastel pink peony colour for my whipped cream. On the other hand, it gave me a much better control until reaching the desired tint.
Thank you for placing your review. The colouring is designed for icing, frosting and cake mix - you may find fresh cream needs a little more.
Good colour - have used already. I recently wanted it for a recipe I saw in a magazine for Tottenham Cake. The colour had to be a deep pink for the icing.
