Ideal for celebration cakes bearing bees, lions or even a seaside scene, there’s plenty of sunny ideas to inspire your baking and, if you’re feeling adventurous, you could always treat yourself to a batch of lovely pastel yellow Fondant Fancies

Simply add a little to icing, buttercream or sponge mixture before baking. And, as it’s highly concentrated, it’s easy to vary the intensity of your yellow by adding just a few drops more or less without significantly diluting your mix.
