"Major Flaw"
Although the pictures are pretty, all the marshmallows are based around the one recipe, unfortunately in the basic Vanilla Marshmallows ingredients and method there is no mention of egg whites whatsoever, weird really considering they are the main ingredient! I thought perhaps I was going mad and the author had found a way to make them without using eggs but when following the recipe to the letter, I ended up with a gloopy mess. In the end I found a basic recipe online and used the book for inspiration for different flavourings so its not a total loss but very poor indeed in my opinion!
