No Heating Element
Capable of making hot soup in under 5 minutes, the Vitamix Aspire does not contain a heating element. Instead, it utilises friction from the incredibly quick, 1200W motor to heat your ingredients. And with a vented lid to let steam out, and drop more ingredients in during cooking, giving you perfect control to get that perfect texture for a lovely, warming soup.
10 Variable Speeds
Not every job requires all of the Vitamix’s huge power, and so to help you control the speed to the optimum level for your desired task, the Vitamix Aspire comes with a 10-variable-speed control dial on the front. Simply turn the dial and watch your machine jump into life. There are also dedicated buttons for ‘High’ and ‘Variable’ settings, as well as a switch to turn the machine on and off.
