Easy to use. Makes yummy poached omelets. Well I would not say poached more like boiled since its not the steam that cooks it but the boiled water. Two draw backs. Very large. Unless you have a supper huge pot you can do one or 2 max at a time. Also add on an extra 4 minutes to the manual time.
