This knife is absolutely brilliant It cuts bread, even fresh, like a dream; it cuts tomatoes, even soft, better than your Kuhn Rikon tomato knife, which was the best I could find before using this. Very pleased.
Lovely knives, very comfortable, cut like a dream ... go rusty in the dishwasher after two washes. Very disappointed.
