Made from durable stainless steel, it includes an adjustable roller for making perfectly uniform pasta sheets up to 14cm wide and a choice of 2 cutters for transforming your sheets into evenly sliced strips and strands. Much easier than trying to do it all by hand, using your mixer gives you better control and leaves you both hands free to work the pasta for better results.

This pasta set is very easy to use. It allows you to guide the pasta through with two hands. Using the basic pasta recipe in the accompanying booklet, has worked every time for me.
