"Sizzliing Sausages"
I used the kit to make 24 Farmhouse Sausages - quite simple really when you get the right technique - split the mixed Pork mince and spices into three equal portions and have it chilled - colder the better. Bought the mince from a reputable local Butcher - so I know what the sausages are made of. Left overnight in the fridge then oven baked - quite proud of myself. Now to try the Cumberland.
