Lakeland Small Hemisphere Cake Pan

I used this recently to make the head for a Star Wars BB8 cake for my daughter (I used the medium size for the body) and the cake turned out of the pan perfectly. The end result looked great and I was very pleased with it. This whole range is great as it enables you to make all sorts of shaped cakes that would have been so tricky otherwise. So far I have used them to make a football, a tortoise and a hedgehog as well as the aforementioned BB8. Making a child's birthday cake has just got a lot more inventive but also a lot easier!

Love this product. I bought it to help with baking cakes where I needed either full 3d circular shapes such as football or half for animal shapes. This was perfect and now my sponges come out well and the halves match perfectly. Make sure you cook for longer to get full bake through with this shape but very happy with results.

Bought this for my daughter who makes cakes to order. She now has 3 of this set & she says they are very good to use, perfect spheres every time.
