Ever wondered how professional bakers create impressive topsy turvy cake towers? Well, the secret’s all in these heavy duty, silver anodised aluminium tins that give you an entirely new angle on baking.
Cleverly, they have a leg that holds the tins level in the oven and, as they offer such fantastic heat distribution with no hotspots, they turn out perfect sponges with sloped tops, all ready for stacking with absolutely no carving required. Bought the square set last week to make a birthday cake. Excellent delivery! Used 6in and 8in; with recommended recipe which I googled to find. Prepped tins exactly as described, reduced heat as suggested. Absolutely lovely and tasty outcome, sat tins side by side in middle of oven with deepest side to back. removed 6in after an hour without damage to 8in. Made an extra 2 as well, equally successful. Why delete this fab product? So much nicer than other types of pans I've seen.Thank you for such a marvellous product! Cake was great hit, iced to look like 2 gifts, such fun!
